As Chief Operating Officer, Dean Friesen is responsible for management and oversight of all operations at Beacon Bank. The bank has offices in Shorewood, Excelsior and Eden Prairie in the Twin Cities metro area, as well two locations in Duluth. Dean and his team oversee all online and electronic banking products and services, one of the fastest areas of business growth for the bank, based on customer demand. Dean takes greatest pride in working with a talented team of colleagues to build a community bank dedicated to supporting the growth and success of its customers. In addition to serving as COO, he is a member of the bank’s senior leadership team and is a director. He was one of the bank’s founders and believes strongly that Beacon’s success results from its common objective to deliver value for its customers.
