Dave Peterka is Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, a Founder and a Director of Beacon Bank, which operates in Shorewood, Excelsior, Eden Prairie and Duluth. He has been with Beacon Bank since its formation in January 1990. He received a Bachelor of Economics degree from Hamline University in 1973, attended the First Bank System Commercial Lending School in 1975, the Minnesota School of Banking from 1975 to 1976 and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware in 1988. Dave is in the community, serving as Past President and a current member of the Excelsior Chamber of Commerce, Past President and current member of the Rotary Club of Excelsior and Past Director of the Rotary Club of Excelsior Foundation. Beacon Bank is a community based bank focusing on lending and deposit activities for businesses, commercial property owners and consumers in the areas it serves.
