Howard Kaminsky is a Managing Director and 34-year employee of CBIZ MHM, LLC. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers. Kaminsky has extensive experience in financial consulting, business valuations and acquisitions/divestures. He brings with him many years of expertise in valuing closely-held businesses, valuing economic loss, fraud accounting, professional malpractice and other litigation. He has provided testimony in administrative, civil and criminal matters on numerous occasions and has received Court Appointments as binding Arbitrator, Mediator and Financial Expert. Kaminsky is a frequent lecturer on business valuation, mergers, acquisition and economic litigation issues. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers, and both the Minnesota and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
