Jeff Jiang
Jeff leads the China Strategies Consulting Group at Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP. He serves as an advisor and a connector that assists clients in developing China-focused solutions for sourcing, distribution and investment opportunities. Jeff’s team also advises firms from China to invest and set up operations in the United States. Originally from China, Jeff received his B. A. with honors from the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing. He came to the U. S. in 1997 to start his graduate study at the University of Minnesota. He received his first master’s degree in Political Science with a focus on Asian political economy and later his second master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management. While studying at the University of Minnesota, Jeff worked at the University’s China Center, assisting in developing cross-cultural training programs for Chinese governmental officials and business executives at the University. During his study in the U. S., Jeff was selected as an Outstanding Chinese Scholar by the National Committee of U. S.-China Relations and attended the orientation program sponsored by the U. S. Department of State. He is also very active in the Asian and Chinese American community. Jeff is a former board member of National Association of Asian American Professionals-Minnesota Chapter and is a founding member of Minnesota Chinese American Professionals and Entrepreneurs Club.
