Jeff joined Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP in 1979. His areas of expertise include tax planning and compliance for businesses, individuals and trusts. He enjoys family business consulting and succession planning, estate planning, and issues related to the sale or purchase of a business. Jeff has been featured in a series of podcasts and live radio shows presented by Today’s Business Radio (TBR) on a local radio station, AM 830 WCCO. TBR’s mission is to help business owners increase enterprise value, improve profitability, control expenses, and formulate an exit strategy for the business. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA), the American Bar Association and the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, Inc. Jeff is also very active with the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce and is a past member of the TwinWest Board of Directors. He is currently a member of the St. John’s University National Alumni Board and a past Board member at the Minneapolis Golf Club. Jeff is also a member of the Family Business Consulting Committee for the Leading Edge Alliance, an alliance of local accounting and consulting firms. Jeff attended St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics. In 1980, he graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and was admitted to the Minnesota Bar.
