Scott Sanders is a rising star in the Search world. As a Managing Director with SkyWater Search Partners, he brings a wealth of professional accounting, finance, and business development experience, including serving as an Audit Senior with Ernst & Young LLP, and Corporate Audit Manager with Alliant Techsystems, Inc. (ATK). He was also a Manager of Business Development within the Advanced Weapons Division at ATK. He has served clients within multiple industries, ranging from small start-ups to large Fortune 100 companies. Scott’s clients at SkyWater range from small privately held companies to public Fortune 100 companies. Excelling with both retained and contingent assignments, he also specializes in the placement of professionals ranging from Managers through the C-suite. Scott received his Master’s degree from the University of Virginia (McIntire School) and has a BS in Business Finance from the University of St. Thomas. He also serves as Treasurer and is a member of the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization based out of Fargo, North Dakota.
