In this podcast we interview veteran angel investor, Bill Mc Guigan about the aspects of a startup company that an angel investor looks at to determine if they want to invest in the business. They analyze the intuitive nature of the product or service; the size of the market; the founder and management team; business plan and the amount of capital being raised and the use for it. We also cover the all important valuation issues and the effort to negotiate a deal that is good for the founder and the angel investors.
